Position Overview
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a EHS3 Co-Ordinator to join us. You will be based at our Reading site, providing support to EHS3 function. We are offering this role on a full-time, temporary basis - 12 months.
You will join our Reading site, but will be responsible for providing support across two sites - Reading and Basingstoke, thus we require to have full UK driving license and own vehicle.
Majority of your role will be administrative support and rest of yourtime will be spent on physical aspect of work.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Initial point of contact for all EHS matters for Reading and Basingstoke, providing technical guidance and administrative support
- Making sure that certificates (insurances, ISO certificates etc), local systems and records are up to date
- Physical aspect of work including laboratory inspection, GEMBA walks, involvement in internal audits
- Administration of Display Screen Equipment, Home Worker and Manual Handling training and assessment systems for UK. Ensure completion on time and issues resolved
Experience Required
- 13 years' experience in a similar administrative role
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or NCRQ Certificate in Applied Health and Safety)
- High standard of English to proofread technical documents and interpret legal text
- Understanding of ISO management systems 9000, 14000, 45000
