Position Overview
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Production Laboratory Operative to join us.
You will take responsibility for manufacturing High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) columns, and we are offering this role on a full time, permanent basis.
Shift pattern:
Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:00pm.

Salary:
£24,268 (base salary + shift allowance)
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Working in a laboratory production environment, you will carry out manufacture of HPLC Columns to be used in Chromatography procedures.
- Undertake process operations under the supervision of a senior associates, in accordance with all relevant production procedures and process instructions
- Comply with company rules and health & safety.
- Be responsible for keeping your working area clean, uncontaminated, and organised at all times
- Perform basic routine maintenance and report any issues to the Facilities Manager to minimise instrument downtime.
Experience Required
- Previous experience working in an industrial, production or hospitality environment
- Proven experience/capability working efficiently in high pressured environments.
- Desire to learn and understand technical aspects of the production process and support continuous improvement culture.
- The ability to perform tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
