We are on the search for an experienced Sales Manager with the vision, passion and drive to accelerate and elevate the sales function, keeping customer service at front of mind.

This role will be working Monday to Friday, on a hybrid basis at the Northampton site.

The role will come with a basic salary of up to £45,000, a car allowance, healthcare, a generous bonus scheme to name just a few of the perks.

Whilst Ideally we are looking to recruit a seasoned professional with a successful track record in sales and account management with a passion for customer service and experience of managing and developing a team.

Here's what the role will involve

Supporting the recruitment, development and management of the sales team
Defining, implementing and delivering future growth strategies
Full sales cycle management & account management
Consulting both new and existing clients on suitable solutions to increase yield for your business and in turn, increase financial return for customers, to help develop and maintain long term relationships

What we'll need from you

An ability to identify and develop new input streams and opportunities and to track sales pipelines, total revenues and other KPI's
A positive and entrepreneurial attitude and a consultative and authentic approach
A proven track record of building relationships leading to successful trade and excellent presentation skills
