Description
Hoop Professional Services are continuing to work with a very well established, values driven organisation who are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join them on a 9 month contract for maternity cover.
They have developed an incredible company culture and they foster supportive and collaborative working environments whilst offering hybrid/remote flexible working.
For this role, you can either work hybrid from an office across the UK, or it can be fully remote.
Responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices (matching, coding, VAT treatment)
- Processing expenses claims
- Cheque requests
- BACS payment runs
- Import, review and approve expenses
- Posting direct debit payments
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Bi monthly payment runs for suppliers and expenses
- Monthly payment runs for the property team
- Reviewing the aged creditor reports
- You have a background in accounts payable
- Have strong systems and IT skills
- You can work in fast paced environments
- You have a strong work ethic and can be a team player
Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 9 months
Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
