Hoop Professional Services are continuing to work with a very well established, values driven organisation who are currently looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join them on a 9 month contract for maternity cover.


They have developed an incredible company culture and they foster supportive and collaborative working environments whilst offering hybrid/remote flexible working.


For this role, you can either work hybrid from an office across the UK, or it can be fully remote.


Responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices (matching, coding, VAT treatment)
  • Processing expenses claims
  • Cheque requests
  • BACS payment runs
  • Import, review and approve expenses
  • Posting direct debit payments
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Bi monthly payment runs for suppliers and expenses
  • Monthly payment runs for the property team
  • Reviewing the aged creditor reports
This will be the right role for you if:

  • You have a background in accounts payable
  • Have strong systems and IT skills
  • You can work in fast paced environments
  • You have a strong work ethic and can be a team player

Job Types:

Salary:
£22,000.00 per year
