Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment inbox.
  • Arrange prerecruitment meetings with hiring managers.
  • Organise activity within recruitment projects ensuring each is in line with the workforce plan.
  • Maintain the preferred supplier list (PSL) and manage the process of working with new agencies.
  • Work with recruitment agencies and thirdparty consultants to support recruitment.
  • Promote recruitment by assisting with events like recruitment fairs, social media etc.
  • Perform salary research to ensure current salaries are competitive within the local market.
  • Schedule interviews and plan recruitment events.
  • Ensure job offers are in line with job descriptions.
  • Ensure recruitment admin is carried out and is accurate, being in line with the Equality Act 2010.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to administer the onboarding process, drawing up offer letters and contracts when appropriate.
  • Carrying out pre employment checks.
  • Ensuring everything is in line with GDPR.
