    The Regulatory Investigations Officers must ensure throughout that cases are investigated properly and determined fairly and lawfully with reference to applicable policy, guidance and any defined process.

    You have a Bachelor Degree (SCQF level 9) or equivalent vocational or work-based training and hold a legal or investigation qualification.

    You have experience in regulatory casework or equivalent.

    You are an excellent communicator and have experience in building and maintaining effective working partnerships with external and external users and partners.

    You have high quality written, research, analytical, influencing and advocacy skills.
