Description
We are seeking to recruit a Helpdesk Operative who has a passion for high quality customer care.


You will be working in the Facilities Helpdesk, dealing with tasks such as taking high volumes of internal calls for Estates maintenance and Medical Electronics, logging and allocating tasks, and supporting the wider Estates and Facilities Teams.


The role will involve providing administration support to the Facilities Team and act as a focal point for the department for liaison with Trust colleagues and internal/external maintenance providers.

  • Communicates effectively with colleagues within the wider Facilities department through electronic, written or oral media
  • Working effectively with Facilities managers and other members of the backoffice team
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the Facilities directorate
  • Support the Helpdesk Coordinator in the delivery of the wider defect service
