Hygiene Operative
Bryans Salads are recruiting for Hygiene Operatives in PR4 6LJ.

As a Hygiene Operative you will need to have:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Be a team player and support and respect the rest of the team.
  • Flexibility with regards to working hours through the night.
  • Previous experience of working as a hygiene operative in a High Care facility.

Role Details for Hygiene Operative:

  • 10.5 hours including break.
  • 5 days out of 7 on a night shift
  • Location: Bryans Salads, Poplars, Gorse Lane, Tarleton, Preston, PR4 6LJ

Role of a Hygiene Operative:

  • Follow and uphold Bryans Salads policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to CIC's and follow all relevant steps.
  • General cleaning of the area and machinery.
  • Respect the machinery and avoid damage.
  • Maintaining high standards as working in food production area.
  • Leave the working areas and changing rooms clean and tidy, ready for the day shift to start.
  • Be a team player and support and respect the rest of the team members.
  • Complete relevant documentation as required.
  • Ensure chemicals are handled safely and that all required PPE is worn.
  • Inform supervisor or management in the event of any damage to machinery or PPE.
  • Ensure confidentiality is always undertaken.
  • Any other duties as reasonably requested by supervisors or management.

Salary:
£10.42-£16.19 per hour


Schedule:

  • Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Tarleton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- cleaning: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
