Are you a seasoned Site Manager seeking a new permanent opportunity? Our client is a well established construction company who deal with fit out, refurbishment and new build covering nationwide projects.

Permanent Site Manager Location:
Accommodation provided if working away
~ Company Van
~ GBP25 per day for food
~20 days holiday plus bank holidays

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification

Experience managing projects within the GBP1.Oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain high standards of health and safety, adhering to regulations and company policies.
Monitor progress and report on project status to senior management.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
Ensure quality standards are met and work meets client expectations.
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
