Key purpose of job


As part of the CRM, BI & Sales Enablement's team, you will work alongside the Sales Enablement Manager; Sales Support Administrator; and Business Analyst to contribute to the provision of effective and efficient processes across a cross section of teams within Juniper.


The main purpose of the role is to maintain and develop our company CRM in order for it to function as needed for all teams and to ensure it is user friendly to help encourage increased engagement.


Your initial focus will be to review the process flow for each team, to develop functionality to fill any gaps, and to design training plans for department training of CRM Champions.


Key responsibilities and accountabilities:


  • Day to day management of CRM database
  • Develop and keep user guides and best practice documentation up to date
  • Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure data governed appropriately
  • Develop and maintain easy to use support tools
  • Work with system users and business teams to improve CRM training and guidance to ensure compliance, consistency and validity of data and reporting
  • Management of the organisational modelling, data setup and the general systems administration
  • Resolving user issues escalated from 1st line support
  • Assisting divisions on how to build dashboards and reports and train how to use them effectively
  • Management of user licences
  • Developing, testing and deployment of new features and functionality, modules, automation etc
  • Testing of CRM changes developed by Sugar CRM
  • Liaising with technical support at Sugar where required
  • Other tasks as appropriate to the role

Key attributes and competencies:


  • Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience of producing and explaining detailed reports, guidelines and procedures for CRM or database
  • Ability to learn quickly/selfmotivated to figure things out
  • Creative, takes initiative, highly enthusiastic
  • Experience of designing and delivering training courses
  • Highly organised individual with strong attention to detail
  • Understanding of and proficiency with database architecture, logic and usage
  • Knowledge of or experience of working within the education sector
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Passionate about data governance and a drive to ensure all data is maintained to a high standard

Salary:
£28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
