As the successful Part Time Marketing and Relations Officer your duties include:

  • Writing, producing and managing the distribution of customer communication material including digital and printed publications
  • Managing and developing social media channels
  • Managing and maintaining the website and uploading web content
  • Organising and attending networking events
  • Developing an exciting, innovative and longstanding customer relations strategy
  • Maintaining, managing and expanding the internal database
  • Developing and implementing fundraising programmes
  • Working with colleagues to increase engagement with customers across various channels

Skills:


  • Experience of developing and implementing fundraising programmes
  • Ability to operate strategically and engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience of managing customer facing events from end to end (preferred)
  • Excellent copy writing skills
  • Highly organised with strong administration skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise workloads and work under own initiative
  • Strong IT skills
