RISE - Children and Young People Mental Health ServicesTeam Secretary - Band 3
Fixed Term - 37.5hrs per week
(Working 9am to 5pm - Mondays to Fridays)
Based at Stratford Health Centre, Building 2.
Our Leamington and Stratford bases support Community Child and Young People Mental Health Services (RISE) delivering clinical out-patient care to the local communities.
Who we're Seeking:
We're looking for applicants with previous admin experience to join our current admin team in providing a comprehensive Secretarial service to clinical teams and managers, supporting the growing demand for provision of care within RISE mental health services.
We are looking for someone who is friendly and approachable with effective communication skills, who can build good working relationships within a fast-paced environment.
As well as being a team player, we seek applicants who can demonstrate sensitivity/confidentiality due to the nature of the service and able to work autonomously with a flexible approach and strong work ethic to prioritise and multi-task.

The role includes supporting the Medical Secretaries and providing cover in their absence, as well as working flexibly with other admin colleagues to provide cross cover for the outpatient's reception as necessary.
Skills and Experience:
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office systems is essential whilst training will be provided for in-house systems such as Carenotes/BCP, Big Hand dictations, etc.
Previous administration/secretarial skills required along with excellent communication and IT skills.
The role will be permanently based on site, but due to our RISE services in the South being spread over 2 sites, Leamington and Stratford, you may be required to travel to another base to support delivery, or attend training, for which travel expenses would be paid.
