Are you ready to take your passion for working with children to the next level? Ortus Recruitment presents an incredible opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapy Graduate to join the world of education as an Early Years Speech and Language TA.

This role offers the perfect platform for you to flourish and pave your way towards a rewarding career as a Speech and Language Therapist, Educational Psychologist, or even an SEN Teacher.

Joining a supportive and welcoming Primary School in the vibrant Hounslow LEA, you'll embark on a full-time journey, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.

As an integral part of the team, you'll provide invaluable support to SEN students through personalized 1:1 sessions and small group interventions.

Speech and Language TA Specifications:

A 2.2 or above in Speech and Language (SaLT), Psychology, or a related degree
Proactive, reliable, and flexible approach
Experience working with children

Your role as a Speech and Language TA:

Collaborate with the Early Years team to support pupils' learning
Provide targeted 1:1 assistance to students with Speech and Language difficulties
Facilitate small group intervention activities
Receive dedicated support and guidance from the SENCO and Class Teacher
