Account DirectorOur client is a creative communications agency and one of the industry's largest global production networks.
The Account Director role is a hybrid in which you will lead and oversee the delivery of unique and out-of-the-box origination and adaptation production projects.
You will own and grow client relationships organically as well as manage the production ofboth local and global campaigns across TV, Print, Digital and Social.
They are looking for an experienced client service leader, who is a seasoned expert in managing and growing client relationships and has a passion for high services levels and great work.
You will be able to run large multi-faceted projects as well as be able to spot new opportunities along the way.
As this is a production heavy role, you will need to be familiar and comfortable with all production and post-production steps.
Responsibilities:
- Run the day to day of a large accounts seamlessly
- Excellent communicator
- Great commercial sense
- Managing the client relationship and exceeding client satisfaction levels
- Being responsible for the management of overall delivery of client projects, working closely with studio Executive Producers to execute flawlessly across all disciplines (Broadcast, Print, Digital and Social)
- Coordinating with all production departments both nearshore and onshore
- Meeting/exceeding revenue, margin, and quality targets on assigned projects and accounts
- Setting client expectations, reporting on meeting those expectations, anticipating future needs, and responding to client feedback
- Managing and owning account relationships, account health, and anticipating needs
- Responding to account and project needs by building resources to effectively manage and grow the business
- Consulting on best practice approach to production and adaptation project and account management
- Supporting Leadership on pitches and client presentations as and when required
- Capable to step in when necessary to support on project management
Skills:

- Excellent communication skills
- A full understanding of the production process/TV and ATL experience
- You demonstrate strong sense of ownership and accountability
- You pride yourself on your commercial edge and outofthe box thinking
In addition:
- It is key for this role that you have experience at a production agency in a lead client service or a project management role with a strong focus on direct client engagement
- A full understanding of the production process across all media is required
- Core experience in origination and adaptation of integrated global campaigns
- Extensive project and account management experience a must (endtoend project life cycle)
- Experience with business management tools, workflow tools and financial reporting preferred
- Experience managing large client budgets
£60K per annum
