TEMPORARY CENTRE ADMINISTRATOR

BASED AT MGTS, REDDITCH


MGTS is an innovative and resourceful leader in the provision of workforce development solutions through education, training and assessment providing apprentice training as well as a full range of commercial courses.


Due to continued growth in engineering apprenticeships and commercial courses at the Redditch centre, we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, organised and diligent Centre Administrator, to provide efficient and friendly support as part of the centre team.


Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the effective co-ordination of the commercial delegate and apprentice experience at the Redditch Centre.


Role requirements:


  • High quality organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A diligent and calm under pressure approach to work.
  • Must have excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word.
  • Selfstarter who is proactive and can work on own initiative.
  • Well organised and committed to meeting deadlines.
  • Have a welcoming telephone manner.
  • Full Driving licence.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensure a professional, and welcoming environment in the reception area.
  • Facilitate the commercial delegate experience.
  • Collate training materials in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Schedule appointments for the centre facilities.
  • Maintain an organised system for storing and distributing materials.
  • Maintain effective communication and collaboration with the delivery team and the Coventry office.
  • Record and report apprentice attendance.
  • Generate the monthly apprentice dashboard reports.
  • Be the employer liaison for apprentice progress and welfare.

Salary and Benefits:


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 36 hours with a 12:30 close on Fridays
