To reach their full potential and triple their headcount to 600+ in 2023, They are kicking off their recruitment drive with an exciting openingfor a Sales Development Representative.

A 3035k base salary
An uncapped OTE of 4050k

As a Sales Development Representative, you will:

Identify, target, and nurture potential outbound opportunities
Qualify inbound opportunities
Work collaboratively with colleagues
Help develop strategy for lead development, review, and qualification processes
Set, deliver, and report upon KPIs
Progress your career as the sales function grows

The ideal Sales Development Representative will possess the following skills, experience, and traits:

A degree from a top university
12+ months B2B sales experience
Strong work ethic
Interested in finance
Consultative, tenacious, and professional in approach
Highly motivated with firstclass communication and presentation skills
Demonstrate ambition, drive, and a portfolio of interests outside of work
Be full of energy and enthusiasm
Outgoing personality with a strong sense of humour and character
