Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a well-established not for profit organisation to recruit for an Interim Procurement Business Partner.

This is a 4 month contract for an immediate/February start, with opportunities for the role to lead to a permanent placement.

The organisation operates a hybrid working model, with remote and office based working at their site in Woking.


The Interim Procurement Business Partner will be the lead in-house procurement professional for day to day procurement and will be expected to lead on a number of procurement tender processes as well support the organisation for providing support and advice in respect of lower level procurements.

The role will need to work closely as a business partner with teams and staff for a number of categories of spend from a range of categories procured by the organisation including media/social media, creative agencies, ICT services and professional services.

The Interim Procurement Business Partner will also support the Director of Finance Transformation and an external consultant as required in the development of the wider organisation's procurement function.

Improvements required include ensuring that the organisation has a well-defined, quality procurement strategy and quality procurement policies, procedures and systems and for ensuring that staff involved in procurement have the necessary skills to effectively manage supplier relationships and contracts.
