Infrastructure, Information and Learning Technology, School of Social and Political Science, College of Arts Humanities and Social Sciences

Full Time for 35 hours per week
**Open Ended from September 2023


The Opportunity:


You will provide first line support in all matters related to facilities management across the SPS estate, proactively identifying areas for improvement and providing School-level project management support for works programs and office moves.


Your skills and attributes for success:

  • Educated to at least HND level plus relevant work experience, OR school education to standard grade or equivalent plus relevant work experience
  • Experience in project management
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify all information relevant to the development and delivery of solutions to facilities challenges
  • Initiative and judgement to resolve problems independently, to be proactive and to prioritise appropriately
  • Awareness of and sensitivity to a range of cultures and communities
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Good IT skills and familiarity with MS Office software
  • Experience of working and responding independently, and dealing effectively with unforeseen problems and circumstances Strong commitment to excellence in service delivery
