Role -1st Line Engineer

Location -Remote

Duration -6 Months

As the first point of contact for the customer base this job is hugely important and forms the basis of the impression that the customer will have of the client.

Role responsibilities:

Supporting the customer who is based in Germany offering a high level of German speaking support
Ensure that reported faults and Service Requests are responded to
Effective management of 3rd party suppliers/resolvers to ensure optimal performance
Provide an effective, professional response and solution(s) to reported Incidents/Requests
Maintain relationships with contractual service providers and internal IT resolver groups.
Restore normal service to the user as quickly as possible.
Offer general guidance and advice to users as an advocate of world class customer service
Achieve maximum personal KPI's and Call Quality objectives.
Take ownership for personal development and strive to continually improve on existing skills in order to enhance performance within the job role

Skills required:

Fluent in German
Mandatory:
Excellent Communication and Customer Facing skills
Good Organisational skills

Accountability
Able to prioritise own workload, be selfreliant and use initiative
IT Literate

- confident IT aptitude, including use of MS Office Package
