Site Manager - Water / Wastewater
Devon / Cornwall / Somerset
£350.00 Per day (CIS/Outside IR35)
December Start

Highfield Professional Solutions are seeking several Site Managers to work across Devon, Cornwall and Somerset on a range of Clean Water projects.

We have requirements for Site Managers with Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering backgrounds, you willneed to be able to demonstrate previous experience working across Water or Wastewater projects.

You will ideally be qualified to a HND / BEng in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering and also hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid and Temporary works ticket.

As a Site Manager you will be responsible for Managing a site team (including Site Engineer, SHEQ Advisor, Foreman, Site Operatives)

  • Management of subcontractors
  • Delivering works, ensuring the highest level of safety at all times
  • Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
  • Writing & reviewing RAMS
  • Client interface
  • Progress reporting


Due to the difficulty of works, it is essential that applicants have a background in the delivery of Water & Process projects.

You could be work working as a Site Manager already or an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor with a background in deliveringwater contracts, seeking to take the next step in your career.
