Description

Purpose of role Responsible for the provision of specialist technical support and supervision of housing and corporate properties.

Having a particular focus on refurbishment and programmed maintenance work relating to the fire safety installations, such as fire doors, compartmentation, emergency lighting and fire safety systems within the Council's property portfolio.

To liaise and communicate with other parties both internal and external to the Council in respect of the Fire Safety Surveyors work programme
