Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Providing administrative support to staff.
  • Directing visitors to the appropriate person, office, or legal service/
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Making phone call inquiries to book clients in for the relevant fee earner.
  • Meeting sales targets for selected services.
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with clients.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of client services and sales processes by providing feedback and suggesting ideas for improvement.
  • Maintaining uptodate knowledge of our services, prices, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with clients in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring that the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Receiving, sorting, scanning and appropriately sending letters and deliveries.
  • Maintaining office security by following safety procedures and controlling access at the receptionist's desk.
  • Ordering stationary, office supplies and maintaining an inventory of stock.
  • Updating calendars and scheduling meetings.
  • Performing other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Sales advisor, or a similar role administration or salesrelated role.
  • Technical software abilities inclusive of the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Teams.
  • A professional attitude and appearance.
  • The ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade. potential clients over the phone.
  • Proven track record in tele sales or outbound sales, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment. Experience in selling legal services or knowledge. of the legal industry is a plus.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Multitasking and timemanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • A bachelor's degree in law, business, or a related field.

  • Monday to Friday
