We Offer
- £48,336 progressing to £53,764 per year
- Bulk of core hours Mon to Fri 08.00 to 16.00

- 56 bed elderly care home with only around 10 nursing placements
- Support from on site and group management, HR & training teams

You
- Will be an RGN with at least 2 years Nurse Management experience
- Have a current UK PIN number and evidence of CPD
- Will lead the team delivering excellent standards of care in a highly collaborative setting
- Will plan, implement and supervise the one to one care, providing motivation, mentoring and appraisal for the care team
- Whilst at the same time ensuring compliance with national standards, legislation and professional guidance
- Have excellent communication skills, liaising with the Home Manager, local GP's, healthcare professionals, residents and families.
- Will be familiar with care and medication software.
- Have excellent spoken and written English
- Will be flexible to work occasional evening/weekend shifts to ensure consistency of care standards throughout our 24/7 operation.

The post requires an enhanced DBS, 2 references, and an occupational health check. You must be legally able to work in the UK. We cannot sponsor overseas applicants for this post.Job Types:
