Due to the continued growth of our business, we are looking for a Contracts Support Administrator to join our team.

The main duties of this role include:

Providing daily support to your Line Manager, Contracts Managers and Surveyors;
Typing and setting up documents, letters, spreadsheets and reports;
Managing staff appointments;
Working with a diary system and various Client systems;
Ordering materials from building merchants;
Answering telephone calls from policyholders, insurance companies, suppliers and tradesmen;
Supporting two Contracts Managers, ensuring that their claims and customers are kept up to date;
A flexible and positive attitude to the changing work schedule;
Computer literacy, typing skills and experience of answering phone calls;
Office experience with a basic knowledge of the construction and insurance industry.
