Due to the continued growth of our business, we are looking for a part time Contracts Administration Assistant (CSA) to join our team, Monday to Friday,The main duties of this role include:
- Providing daily support to your Line Manager, Contracts Managers and Surveyors.
Managing staff appointments.
Working with a diary system.
Ordering materials from building merchants.
Answering telephone calls from policyholders, insurance companies, suppliers and tradesmen.
Supporting two Contracts Managers, ensuring that their claims and customers are kept up to date.
- A flexible and positive attitude to the changing work schedule.
- Computer literacy and typing skills.
- Office experience.
- A basic knowledge of the construction and insurance industry would be preferable.
