This list is not exhaustive, but includes some of the main responsibilities of the role: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders Prepare and issue conditional offer letters and contracts Initiate and carry out all pre-employment checks in compliance with NHS Employers and Home Office standards, with a good understanding of ID and Right To Work Checks Carry out any additional checks which have been locally agreed to expedite recruitment e.g.

risk assessments Assist in the administration and coordination of Medical recruitment panel Support the pre-employment checks for rotational doctors Update and use the TRAC system to advertise vacancies and progress candidates through the recruitment journey (Automated Tracking System) Update and use ESR (Electronic Staff Records) Advertise vacancies across a variety of platforms including Social Media To act as a first point of contact for all Resourcing queries via the helpdesk and resourcing email inbox Actively follow up and keep recruiting managers and applicants informed of progress of the time to hire process Ensure new starter documentation is checked for accuracy, and work with candidates to resolve any queries Represent the Trust at internal and external careers and recruitment events which may take place outside of normal working hours Provide administration support to adhoc projects or processes Have a good understanding of Agenda for Change Terms and Conditions of Service, Medical and Dental Terms and Conditions, Trust policy and procedures; To contribute to the on-going review and improvement of Resourcing processes to enhance the candidate experience Further information can be found on the job description and person specification
