James, we have a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual who is looking to progress their career as a Kitchen Porter Supervisor.

The Role

As a Kitchen Porter Supervisor, you'll be at the heart of kitchen operations, overseeing the team of Kitchen Porters to ensure seamless functioning and the highest standards.

Your leadership will guarantee a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities of the KP Supervisor include:

Coordinate with kitchen management to plan and execute daily tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
Train and mentor new Kitchen Porters, providing guidance on tasks and fostering their development.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
Conduct regular inspections to uphold food safety standards and compliance with regulations.
Provide support during peak times by assisting with basic food preparation.
Lead the endofday cleanup to prepare for the next day's tasks.
Assist in the creation and implementation of cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a pristine kitchen environment.
Act as a liaison between kitchen staff and management, communicating any issues or concerns effectively.
