Sales Trainer - Manchester

As a sales trainer you will support our efforts to achieve sustainable skills and business growth through the focused efforts of our work force.

Duties

Coaching, mentoring, training the teams and being a support capacity
Developing the team to ensure that they are offering a firstclass service for our clients
Delivering feedback
Problemsolving you will bring creative thinking to all sessions and how you can assist staff to reach the next level
Delivering comprehensive coaching/training (daily/weekly coaching, role play)
Give regular feedback to teams and management from a performance tracking perspective
Recognise behaviours and training needs to support individuals in their continued development
Identify product, system, and procedural knowledge gaps to ensure that all agents along with managers are up to speed

You

At least 2 years' experience working within the property industry
Previous experience coaching and managing a team
Excellent sales background of hitting & exceeding sales, revenue targets
Strong leadership skills & ability to keep team motivation high
A professional, positive, ambitious, and enthusiastic approach

On Offer

Annual salary £40,000, realistic OTE £70,000 uncapped
