Recruitment Resourcer - Leeds

Base salary of £23,000 plus uncapped Commission
(OTE £32k)**Are you an experienced Resourcer who is looking for your next opportunity? We are on the hunt for a Recruitment Resourcer.

If you're interested in applying, we're looking for someone who is:

  • Significant experience working in a fast-paced environment and proven experience in a customer facing role
  • Previous experience in a recruitment resourcer position.
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills

In return you can expect:


  • A base salary of £23,000 with a bonus and commission scheme, OTE Approx £32,000

Main Responsibilities:


  • Conducting telephone screenings to determine the suitability for the roles
  • Interviewing apprentices and briefing about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.
