Weekly Hours Worked: 40hrs per week
Based on company requirements, the applicant may need to work on an evening, or a weekend (to get content). In that case, pay will increase to £10.20 for weeknights and £11.00 for weekends.

Brief job description:
We are looking for a motivated and keen individual with a passion for all things social media, Digital Marketing and operations.
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Digital & Operational Duties
- Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn). Currently we post three times per week.
- Assist with processes (in house systems)
- Blog writing. We would like two blogs per month
- Help with personnel at the direction of senior management teams (adding names to our contracts)
- Website development. We are in an aggressive expansion process and this month alone we need a paediatric, international recruitment and care home support web page developing (format and text)
- Inventory. Our company owns housing, technology, household goods, PPE. So ability to stock Audi.
- Financials. Be able to assist in payroll, find the best price to pay for things (training, goods)
- Photography. We like to take photos of our team, so an interest in photography would be advantageous
- Reporting on business functionality.
- SEO understanding.
Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs grades A*C/94 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)
Skills Required:
- Effective and confident communicator (must be fluent in English)
- Some experience with graphics software (Photoshop, Canva etc.)
- Good understanding of social media platforms.
- Interest in photography.
- Basic understanding of Care industry.
Personal Qualities:
- Highly motivated.
- Enthusiastic in nature.
- High attention to detail.

Training to be provided:

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multichannel digital campaigns using online platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
