    You will play a crucial role in enhancing theefficiency and effectiveness of the sales team through data analysis,reporting, and the implementation of Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automatesolutions.

    Your primary focus will be on leveraging these tools to provideinsights, streamline processes, and drive data-driven decision-making withinthe sales organisation.


    Data Analysis and Reporting:
    o Generate andmaintain regular sales reports and dashboards using Power BI.
    o Provideactionable insights to sales leadership based on data analysis.


    • Power BI, PowerApps &

    Power Automation Development:
    o Design,develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards to visualise salesperformance metrics, forecasting, and other relevant KPIs.

    o Collaboratewith IT and other stakeholders to build and customize PowerApps & PowerAutomate solutions to automate sales processes and workflows.


    Sales Process Optimization:
    o Work closelywith sales operations to identify areas for process improvement.
    o Use dataanalysis to streamline sales processes and enhance overall operationalefficiency.
    o Collaboratewith other business areas to gather requirements and ensure alignment withorganizational goals.


    Training and Support:
    o Providetraining and support to sales teams on the effective use of CRM, Power BI andPowerApps.
    To apply for this Sales Business Analyst role, you will need a bachelor'sdegree in business, Information Technology, or related fields and a proventrack record in following:


    • Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in a sales operation'srole.
    • Proficiency in Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate development.
    • Familiarity with sales processes and metrics.
    Certification in Power BI or Power Platform.


    • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud,Salesforce, Dynamics 365).
    • Knowledge of SQL and data modelling.
    • Project management skills.
