The Role


Our Hybrid working model supports you working across our sites and from home on a range of learning products & initiatives.

Facilitate our Learning Curriculum for Colleagues and Line Managers as well as supporting the onboarding journeys for new colleagues.

Following the training cycle you will design, deliver, and evaluate quality learning solutions.

Support key priorities and initiatives for the People Team and wider Bank strategy.


Ensure regulatory and T&C requirements for each business area are understood and suitable initiatives are put in place to meet these.
