    We're on the lookout for a Scrum Master to join our Lean Portfolio Management team at Tesco Bank and play a vital role in driving the Bank's change and improvement agenda.

    • We need you to have

  • Agile Development Team Facilitation: Lead scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and facilitate problem-solving, collaboration, and conflict resolution to enable effective work delivery by development teams on medium-sized projects.
  • Agile Release Planning: Plan and adjust software releases for medium projects to ensure timely updates and deliver planned benefits at the project or program's earliest opportunity.
  • Leadership and Direction: Communicate the localized action plan; link it to the function's strategy and broader organization's mission and vision; inspire individuals to achieve local business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Evaluate current operations within your work area and introduce innovative processes to generate fresh ideas and ensure continuous enhancements are achieved.

  • Experience in Financial Services, particularly Loans, Credit Cards, and Savings
  • Experience / relevant qualification in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Methodology, preferred

    Role Alignment
