    Senior Business Development Manager


    Position:
    Full-time


    Salary Range:
    £60,000 - £ 80,000 per annum depending on relevant experience.

    We specialise in crewed and uncrewed aircraft operations and technology, and h aving recently received investment into the business we are going through a period of rapid growth and development and are looking for key roles to assist with these changes.

    technical services, products, platforms and operational services.

    We are looking for individuals to help drive forward our expansion, placing you at the forefront of UAS development in the UK.

    Based in the heart of rural Wiltshire, close to the Historic city of Salisbury you will join our rapidly growing, friendly, and multi-disciplined team, working on a range of diverse and interesting projects, leading the way in this exciting field and witnessing the full lifecycle of our products.

    You will be joining the Business Development team to develop and expand our sales and marketing business strategies, domestically and globally, with our specific focus on the Middle East and Asia Pacific markets.

    As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business using your skills and experience to identify, win and maintain new business.

    The successful candidate will confidently participate in networking events, conferences and trade shows both domestically and internationally to build relationships, generate leads and promote our operationally proven capabilities.

    Plan and implement a sales strategy, targeting new customer growth and business opportunities.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, project management and operations to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to business development initiatives.

    Create a network of stakeholders, and key decision-makers to drive demand and awareness of Callen-Lenz's products and services.
    Monitor and analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies and identify areas for improvement.
    Travel when necessary to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support business development activities.
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
    A valid driving license is also essential for this role.
    Advanced in MS Office
    Some understanding of writing bids/proposals and aspects of UK and European grant funding.
    Experience of contracts with large companies would be a bonus.
    Ability to commit to occasional international travel.
