Agile Capability Lead
An experienced Agile Coach is required for a 6 month public sector contract. The role will be remote with occasional travel to Bootle.

The role

  • Lead on the provision of Agile Coaching for DDaT roles
  • Lead on the establishment of an overarching community for digital, data and technology utilising job families to create a profession in the organisation
  • Champion capability improvement across the entire community to attract and retain talent and increase effectiveness of delivery

Essential skills:


  • Experience in Agile Delivery for DDaT
  • Experience in training teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean principles
  • Experience of taking products through GDS service standard assessments
  • Public sector experience
  • Hybrid agile coach and take ownership of DDAT
  • Agile Coaching / Scrum Master
