WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Lead a number of new and existing client accounts and be the senior point person on those pieces of business.

Build strong client relationships that allow for honest and open discussion

Lead impactful and efficient teams to deliver first class work, as well as nurturing the talent they manage

Oversight of one/multiple high-profile account(s) within the Brands Team

Responsible for partnership strategy & campaign direction across multiple touchpoints including partnership communication campaigns, and partnership rights activations live & digitally

Senior advisor to the CSM client account leads, with oversight of key work streams

Responsible for senior client stakeholder relationships & troubleshooting, supporting Account Directors and Senior Account Directors to lead day-to-day client relationships

Maintaining & growing nominated client accounts year on year

Client / Account Oversight

Develop an excellent understanding of client strategy and brand objectives, market and key competitor threats

Form trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at key partners/rights holders

Interrogate clients briefs to unlock maximum commercial opportunities/fees for CSM

Interrogate rights holder proposals, lead partnership negotiations on behalf of CSM clients

Oversight of robust partnership strategy & campaigns, delivering measurable results against overall brand strategy

Oversight of all internal and inter-agency campaign development

Ensure project timelines are (over)delivered upon by client account leads, accurate budget & project reporting

Oversee KPI setting and campaign evaluation with client team, rights holders and CSM team

Regular forward planning to anticipate client challenges / issues and put in place proactive solutions

Internal Communications

Build strong relationships and foster good team spirit internally and amongst client teams

Draw upon senior experience from across CSM and the client teams where relevant, to optimise quality of work provided on the account

Ensure team adhere to client process & procedures at all times

Financial Accountability/Commercial Acumen

Identify incremental business opportunities globally, acting on these with support from Business Directors

Lead contact for procurement, legal & corporate comms team where necessary

Proactively seek ways to positively showcase our services, so we are front of mind when opportunities present themselves - Oversight of annual & project-based scopes of work


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Significant experience working on a global business. Sector could be finance, sport, FMCG, retail.

Experience working with, or for global sport/entertainment rights holders

Experience managing significant annual budgets agency or client side

Excellent client management skills - ability to manage senior clients and gain trust and respect of all stakeholders

Demonstrably grown business/revenue/growth for a single client or portfolio of clients

Demonstrably enhanced client relationships, nurturing & growing commercial relationships

Team leadership - ability to empower, delegate and inspire a team of 10+ people

Excellent presentation skills (both writing and delivery) internally and to clients

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written - and attention to detail

Creative thinker, across all owned, earned & paid campaign touchpoints

Deep knowledge of, or a passion for, sport and entertainment
