    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

    • Lead global account teams to provide top-tier client service
    • Develop strong relationships with all account leads and act as the main day-to-day contact
    • Build strong relationships and collaborate closely with key rights holders when necessary
    • Offer strategic guidance and insight to the team to ensure brand and business objectives are achieved
    • Take overall responsibility for sponsorship performance and client accountability
    • Manage all aspects of program execution, budget planning and tracking, and client success
    • Drive strategic development, in collaboration with the Associate Director and internal account team, for the delivery and implementation of all contracted assets
    • Analyze and devise solutions to client issues
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout their relationships
    • Focus on retaining and expanding client accounts within CSM Brands
    • Travel to Series tournaments with the HSBC Rugby lead

    Leading & Developing Others

    • Cultivate an environment of open communication, collaboration, and teamwork
    • Promote continuous learning and development within the team
    • Conduct timely and valuable performance reviews with direct reports and ensure they do the same with their subordinates
    • Collaborate with leadership across other business units within CSM to maintain exceptional client servicing, Account Management processes, and training & development opportunities

    THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

    • Extensive experience in a similar role with a proven successful track record across Account Management, Brand Planning, and Brand Activation
    • Prior agency experience, including managing brands with significant partnership investments, preferably at a global scale
    • Ability to analyze business performance and drive incremental account growth
    • Familiarity with brands, rights holders, and competitor agencies
    • Strong grasp of financial processes, encompassing forecasting and reporting
    • Thorough understanding of agency-client relationships
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, showing empathy and dedication to success, with a capacity to manage expectations
    • Confident, articulate, and passionate individual who can work independently or collaboratively, with good listening skills
    • Effective project management approach to lead client relationships and create the right team structure for proactive delivery and exceeding client expectations
    • Willingness to challenge and question strategic directions to ensure client objectives are met
