We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Lawyer.

This role must be via an Umbrella and will be Hybrid - 2 days a week Southwest, Exeter or Bristol.

Location:
Hybrid - 2 days a week Southwest, Exeter, or Bristol
Experience in public law, contract law, procurement, grants and funding.
Non-contentious work may include working in procurement law, for example framework agreements and contracts; data protection; Contentious work may include advising on contractual litigation and contractual disputes; advising and managing a range of valued claims including Small Claims and Multi-Track high value disputes


Litigation:
working as part of a team on high value contract disputes.
Keeps abreast of legal developments and current thinking on related policy issues.
Qualifications - Qualified Lawyer, barrister or legal executive.
~ Specific Technology/Systems experience required - MS, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Excel
