    HR Manager

    £45,000-£54,000

    Hybrid – 2-3 day a week onsite

    Before diving into this opportunity, let's go over some key points:

    Do you have experience as an HR generalist in large organizations? Are you open to supporting an organization through a significant transformation phase with a lengthy FTC commitment?

    I'm assisting a major organization in filling several FTC HR roles as they embark on a transformation journey. This transformation will impact various aspects of their HR operations, from technology implementation to enhancing business partnering and managerial skills in HR tasks. The journey is just beginning, and there's a long road ahead to achieve these objectives.

    We are seeking individuals comfortable with navigating change while managing day-to-day HR activities during this period. You will collaborate closely with managers and senior stakeholders, assisting with ER, contractual changes, change management, upskilling managers, executing the people plan, addressing people challenges, and guiding stakeholders through the transformation.

    This organization emphasizes building relationships at the core of its operations. They prioritize engaging with stakeholders before initiating change projects, resulting in a slower pace of change. Applicants must handle a demanding workload while patiently waiting for changes to unfold, showing genuine interest in understanding the current strategies.

    The organization values flexibility, accommodating full-time or part-time candidates with family commitments. However, candidates must commit to being present in Leeds 2-3 days a week due to the upcoming changes and relationship-centric approach.

    What will you be doing in this role?

    • Managing various Employee Relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, absences, and performance reviews
    • Collaborating with the HR team on projects and change initiatives
    • Establishing authentic relationships with managers and senior stakeholders
    • Leading change management projects
    • Implementing the people strategy within business units
    • Focusing on retention and engagement strategies
    • Developing and executing localized people strategies
    • Providing guidance to key stakeholders
    • Supervising HR Advisor for day-to-day operational duties
