I'm assisting a major organization in filling several FTC HR roles as they embark on a transformation journey. This transformation will impact various aspects of their HR operations, from technology implementation to enhancing business partnering and managerial skills in HR tasks. The journey is just beginning, and there's a long road ahead to achieve these objectives.
We are seeking individuals comfortable with navigating change while managing day-to-day HR activities during this period. You will collaborate closely with managers and senior stakeholders, assisting with ER, contractual changes, change management, upskilling managers, executing the people plan, addressing people challenges, and guiding stakeholders through the transformation.
This organization emphasizes building relationships at the core of its operations. They prioritize engaging with stakeholders before initiating change projects, resulting in a slower pace of change. Applicants must handle a demanding workload while patiently waiting for changes to unfold, showing genuine interest in understanding the current strategies.
