Description

We require an cook preferably with experience, who is well organised, with a love of home cooking and baking. Previous experience in a busy kitchen in a residential care home for the elderly, or similar, is preferable. The successful applicant will be self motivated, flexible and work as part of a team.

Duties include preparing home cooked meals and baking for 30 elderly residents, ordering supplies, budget control and maintaining appropriate records.

Applicants must have a genuine interest in the welfare of the elderly.

This is a part-time position. Rota includes working alternate weekends.
