Lettings and Sales Negotiator:

Juice Personnel are currently recruiting for a Lettings and Sales Negotiator.

Our client is an independent and they are a new start up business they are needing someone who has the initiative to want to learn but also lead the way with their own sales.

The Role:

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm:

one in three Saturdays 10 am - 4pm (1 hour lunch break):

Salary - £18,000 - £24,000 + commission (OTE £35,000+):

A branded company car will be given after the 3month probation period ends. (Until this time individual must have access to own car):

Laptop will be provided on the first day:

Location: Wakefield WF1:


  • Building the company brand
  • Liaising with vendors, landlords and director in a professional manor
  • Attending both sales and lettings viewings
  • Responsible for coordinating and undertaking day to day administration
  • Negotiating and concluding tenancy agreements, ensuring that procedures at all stages are completed effectively and efficiently
  • Gaining new tenants and landlords to increase revenue
  • Upselling additional and approved third party products to landlords and tenants in order to increase revenue
  • Chasing arrears, liaising with both tenants and landlords
  • Meeting targets set by your director
  • Completing property inspections
  • Creating videos for our social media platform
  • Sales progression from inputting applicants to completion

About You:


  • Full training will be provided

Access to own vehicle:


  • Strong determination to meet and exceed company targets
  • Proficiency with computer software
  • Excellent knowledge of market competition and residential lettings available
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
