Key Responsibilities

  • Diary management; inbox management, scheduling meetings, appointments and personal commitments
  • Booking travel, hotels and taxis
  • Creation of itineraries; daily and for upcoming events
  • Drafting correspondence on behalf of the CEO
  • Liaising with the Chairman, Chief Operating Officer, Finance Director, Sales Director & other key team members
  • Preparation for meetings and taking detailed minutes
  • Answering calls and taking accurate detailed messages
  • Proof reading documentation
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Assist with Client contracts
  • General Office Management
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as required
Marketing

  • Perform background research, analysis and reporting where requested by the CEO
  • Organising market research and analyse responses
  • Assist with website/brochure design and copywriting
  • Assist with social media activities
  • Assist with promotional activities

Salary:
From £40,000.00 per year
