Our client is a global technology company who is looking to add an experienced Sales Development Representative to be the lead for their established and growing team.


This person will need to be the team lead for the developing Inside Sales team, taking on a manager role.

They will be responsible for implementing their own process and revolutionising the way that the current process is held along with training and developingthe existing Inside Sales professionals in the team.

The role also requires high levels of opportunity and pipeline management skills.

Inside Sales Manager Responsibilities

  • Line management responsibility for the Inside Sales team.
  • Recruit, train and manage Inside Sales who can successfully develop within the team.
  • Ensure your team meet their lead targets.
  • Ensure your team has, and uses, efficient and repeatable processes.
  • Ensuring your team understand and achieve output and outcome KPIs.
Inside Sales Manager Requirements

  • Natural leader.
  • Loves sales and sales calling.
  • Enjoys managing, monitoring, and implementing processes.
  • Enjoys training and developing new and experienced Inside Sales Reps.
  • Strong reporting skills.
  • Enjoys learning and promoting new technologies.
  • Organised and with an eye for detail.
