We have been instructed on a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team that sits within the wider Real Estate looking for a Real Estate investment associate, that essentially is someone experienced in monitoring and highly likely to come from a costing background.

The role has several functions and would utilise your construction experience to assist in the following ways, actively managing risk

Manage
Hands on active monitoring of projects working with Project Monitors and other consultants when required to ensure the project is being built in accordance with the business plan, loan agreement, design, planning and building regulations. Ensuring that the product is solid and liquid. Seeing problems before they arise and reporting on them.

Mitigate

If problems arise or persist, then management of the project from exit strategies to pivoting of business plans through to enacting profit preservation via changing the team such as contractor or sales and marketing team.
