JOB SCOPE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Create and maintain the Infra standards for the existing environment
  • Communicate to stakeholders on the Infra Obsolete Status, risks and issue resolution
  • Deployment automation and monitoring
  • Management and monitoring of CIR/CD pipeline
  • Build a consolidate dashboard to see the test environment
  • Maintain the infrastructure and tools to allow for the speedy development and release of software
  • Plan, coordinate and support changes implementation activities test and production environment
  • Support ongoing development tasks, identifying potential area of improvements, implementing such changes and maintaining system configurations
  • Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Knowledge:


  • Expert in developing and supporting Jenkins pipelines libraries with groovy language
  • Experience in working with ELK, writing watcher and Elasticsearch APIs
  • Good knowledge of writing automation scripts using rest APIs for various DevOps tools
  • Working experience in OpenShift/Cloud/EKS/AWS clusters setup and management
  • Hands on experience in maintaining Kafka cluster and developing required scripts
  • Automate the setup and deployment of DevOps tools using Rundeck, and ansible
  • Hands on experience in Cloud administration like OpenShift or AWS
  • Good understanding of CI/CD pipeline
  • Experience of required tools like Bitbucket, JIRA and Confluence

Preferred Domain Knowledge:


  • Extensive handson experience working as DevOps engineer

Other Preferred Skills:


  • Understanding of financial markets business front/middle/back office
  • Working knowledge in REST, JSON, GIT and XML

People and Talent:


  • Display exemplary conduct in managing the team of DevOps
  • Should be able to manage the team across geographical location
  • Maintain and groom the talent in organization
