We are supporting our growing client to find an immediately available Administrator to join their team based in South Leeds on an ongoing temporary basis.

The role will include general administrative and finance administrative tasks, including but not limited to the following duties:


  • Scanning purchase order documents and attaching these to invoices
  • Working with a new document management system
  • Assisting with the purchase ledger process (training will be provided if required)
  • Assisting with bank reconciliation work (training will be provided if required)
  • Ad hoc administration and finance administration as required by the business, to support the audit process, clear administrative backlogs, etc.
  • An organised and experienced administrator, finance experience is not needed however a willingness to learn and gain experience in a finance role is essential
  • Immediately available, or available at very short notice
  • Confident to pick up a new role quickly and efficiently
  • Highly IT confident, happy to quickly learn new/unfamiliar systems
  • Able to quickly pick up and follow new processes
  • Logical, a problemsolver
  • Flexible, willing to assist with a range of administrative and finance support tasks
  • Positive, helpful and proactive in approach
  • Accurate with a strong attention to detail.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 3-6 months


Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
