As a Planner you will be responsible for the delivery of appointment scheduling for our field operatives to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will liaise with our customers, operatives, contractors, suppliers and colleagues daily being responsible for ordering materials and providing administrative support to the department.

    This is a busy and demanding role where you will be responsible for managing and maintaining various ICT systems. Working collaborative, you will coordinate our out of hours rota and manage our day to day and emergency repairs service to deliver a customer focussed service.
