Responsibilities
As an HR Apprentice, you'll be working within the Kier Transportation team, supporting them in keeping over 27,000km of roads flowing across the UK.
Your day to day will include:
- Maintaining HR records and files, ensuring they are stored in the correct manner
- Supporting HR projects, running monthly statistics and taking responsibility for recruitment activities
- Utilising IT packages to work efficiently and effectively
You will also study for a
Level 3 HR Support qualification with support from our experienced teams - giving you the practical skills and expertise to excel in your career.
