    The Brixton siteprovides flat linen services chiefly to the hospitality andhealthcare sectors. With over items processed each week itis a wellrun wellmaintained facility with

    acommitted leadership team in place. Internal movement is plannedand supported at Elis and this role has come about due to aninternal progression. Elis takes its commitment to its colleaguesseriously supporting career development in everysense.

    This is a business in which hard workhumility and resilience are not only valued but essential. You willbe driven and motivated able to work at pace while possessing theconfidence to ask for support and consensus when you need it. Youllhave the ability to move seamlessly between Board meetings in whichyoure analysing and discussing your P&L to the nth degreeand the operational shop floor where youll be discussingmaintenance schedules for capital equipment. Youre used to beingacross the detail without getting involved in every little thingsupporting your team to make the right decisions. People matter toyou both in terms of their safety and their careerdevelopment.

    You should be able to demonstratesound commercial acumen and a successful track record in anequivalent position within a similar industry. You will haveexperience in a manufacturing or processing environment and shouldbe very comfortable with operational systems and processesincluding effective logistics. You will have consistently deliveredprofitable growth in a demanding businessenvironment.
