Are you an experienced Registration Authority (RA) Agent looking for your next interim assignment? My client is a NHS organisation based in the London and they are looking to appoint a RA Agent for an initial 3 month assignment.

This role has been deemed outside of IR35.


The role:


  • Performing RA services to support and relieve pressure for the client organisation
  • Onsite
- being a point of contact and a face for users to speak with

  • Ownership an accountability of RA / Smartcard issues
  • Fixing RA / smart card issues
  • Working with ICT service desk to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • To follow approved policies, processes and procedures to register, update and remove user access rights
  • To hold facetoface meetings with users and their sponsors, checking that necessary genuine identification documents are provided
  • To register users on the SPINE User Directory (SUD). Mapping appropriate role to user whilst ensuring adherence to national and local RA policy, this includes ensuring signature is in place

Experience needed:


  • Specific experience working as a RA agent within the NHS or a healthcare setting
  • Expert at identifying and fixing RA and smart card issues
  • Working with NHS stakeholders and users and providing first class customer service
